# tracktelly

> tracktelly is a mobile app (iOS, currently in beta) for tracking the TV shows and movies you watch. It was built as a replacement for TV Time, with a one-tap import that brings over an existing TV Time watch history.

## What it does

- **Up Next**: the home screen leads with a single "continue watching" card — the next unwatched, aired episode of whatever show you're mid-way through. Tapping its checkmark marks that episode watched and the next episode automatically takes its place.
- **TV Time import**: a one-time import flow that connects to a user's TV Time account and pulls in their watched movies and episodes, matching them against tracktelly's own media catalog. This is the primary path for people switching away from TV Time.
- **Library**: every movie and show a user tracks, with per-season and per-episode progress for shows that are in progress.
- **Watchlist**: a separate list for movies and shows a user wants to watch later, distinct from their tracked library.
- **New this week**: a strip of newly aired episodes for the shows a user is tracking.
- **Watch stats**: a profile screen showing total TV time, total movie time, total episodes watched, and total movies watched — presented as swipeable flip cards that can be shared as images.

People who used TV Time to track their watch history and want a similar, focused tracking app — without losing the history they already built up in TV Time.
