Common questions
Importing your TV Time history
Open the app, start the TV Time import, and sign in to TV Time when prompted. Your watched movies and episodes are pulled in as a one-time import and matched to tracktelly's catalog. Large histories can take a few minutes and continue in the background.
Turning on new-episode notifications
Go to Profile → New episode alerts and toggle it on, then allow notifications when iOS asks. You'll get a push when a new episode of a show you track airs.
Changing your name or password
Profile → Account lets you update your name, change your password, and see the email on your account.
Deleting your account
Profile → Account → Delete account permanently removes your account and library data from our systems.
