These terms govern your use of tracktelly, operated by Pluto Laboratories. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Using tracktelly
tracktelly helps you track the TV shows and movies you watch. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Don’t misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to infringe others’ rights.
Your content
Your library, lists, and imported history belong to you. You grant us the permission needed to store and display that data back to you as part of operating the service. You can delete your account and data at any time from the app.
Catalog data
Show and movie information is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. tracktelly is not affiliated with TV Time.
Availability and changes
tracktelly is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Pluto Laboratories is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using tracktelly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
